From the time when the ancestors disobeyed the Creator the enmity between the serpent and the woman and between the seed of the serpent and the seed of the woman, the battle,
(Gen 3:15)
determines the history of mankind.

And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou

cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field;
upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between

We wrestle against spiritual wickedness
in the heavenly places
We wrestle against
principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this age,
against
spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Little horn is mighty but
not by his own power
In competition with the people of God, the atheistic power of the little horn
(Dan 8:9,24)
is not strengthened by its own strength.
According to the prophet Daniel, in the era of the reign of the states of Hellenistic culture (in the vision of
chapter 8
it is «the rough goat
is
the king of Grecia»
8:21,
having four horns «which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land»
8:9,
i.e. all over the earth)
there is a retreat,
and as a result of this retreat («when the transgressors are come to the full»
8:23), a new type of government arises — cruelty and deceit («a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up»
8:23). This 'small horn' «he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people»
8:24.
Daniel also sees this type of state as a “little horn” (small horn)
that appears imperceptibly, which seeks to subjugate the maximum of territories («which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant
land»
8:9). With its 'heart' this type of government is exalted above the heavens, and even exalted to the Leader of the host of heaven
8:9-11.
According to Daniel's vision, such a godless state is characterized by extreme arrogance

and power
(כֹּחַ),
and its power is enhanced by someone else («his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power»
8:24).

Therefore the male goat grew very great;
but when he became strong, the large horn was broken, and in place of it four notable ones came up toward the four winds of heaven.

The Revelation of John the Evangelist directly points to «the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan»
(20:2),
as a source of theomachic exaltation. Here the bestial god-fighting principle is represented by «a beast rise up out of the sea»
(13:1).
The beast receives its blasphemous power directly from the dragon: «the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority»
(13:2).

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were
as the feet
of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him
his power
(την δυναμιν αυτου),

his seat
(τον θρονον αυτου), and

(εξουσιαν μεγαλην).

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God (εις βλασφημιαν προς τον θεον), to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

Praise the LORD, all you nations
The hostility of the seed of the serpent to the seed of the Wife is quite understandable, since their enmity among themselves is determined by the Creator himself
(Gen 3:15).
Concerning the Lord God Almighty, only praise is worthy: «O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people»
(Psa 117:1).
Blasphemy against the Almighty
is not justified
in any way, it is completely
unacceptable
and
unforgivable
in this confrontation
(Mat 12:32).
The LORD is the Almighty (שַׁדַּי)
God
and you shouldn't be confused about it.
