The house of the LORD is hallowed, LORD's heart shall be there
1 And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desire which he was pleased to do, 2Ch 7, 11.
2 That the LORD appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon. 1Ki 3, 5. 1Ki 11, 9.
3 And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. Deu 12, 11. 1Ki 8, 29. 2Ki 21, 4, 7.
The LORD looketh on the heart
7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart. Deu 10, 17. Act 10, 34. 1Ch 28, 9. Psa 7, 9. Jer 11, 20. Rev 2, 23.
3 The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable. Pro 20, 5.
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Psa 64, 6.
10 I the LORD search the heart I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. 1Sa 16, 7. 1Ch 28, 9. Psa 7, 9. Pro 17, 3. Jer 11, 20. Jer 20, 12. Rev 2, 23.
The Lord will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. Mat 7, 1. Mat 25, 21. Rom 2, 1.
“I am meek and lowly in Heart”
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Jer 6, 16.
Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: Luk 12, 21, 33. 1Ti 6, 19.
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
The Pure in Heart shall see God
11 He that loveth pureness of heart, for the grace of his lips the king shall be his friend.
The Good Ground is an Honest and Good Heart
5 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.
6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture.
7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it.
8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?
10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Isa 6, 9-10. Mat 13, 14. Mar 4, 12. Jhn 12, 40.
11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. Mat 13, 19. Mar 4, 15.
13 They on the rock are they which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. Eze 33, 31.
14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. Mat 13, 22. Mar 4, 18. Mar 10, 23. Luk 18, 23. 1Ti 6, 9.
15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy Heart"
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Deu 6, 5. Mic 6, 8. Mar 12, 30. Luk 10, 27.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: Mar 12, 29.
5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Mat 22, 37. Mar 12, 30. Luk 10, 27.
“With my whole Heart have I sought Thee”
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. Psa 19, 11.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Isa 63, 17.
58 I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
