The LORD looketh on the heart

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature;
because I have refused him: for
the LORD seeth
not as man seeth;
for man looketh on the outward appearance, but
the LORD looketh on the heart.

28
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Jer 6, 16. Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: Luk 12, 21, 33. 1Ti 6, 19. 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The Pure in Heart shall see GodThe Good Ground is an Honest and Good Heart

A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell
by the way side;
and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air
devoured it.
6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. 7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. 8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. 9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? 10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Isa 6, 9-10. Mat 13, 14. Mar 4, 12. Jhn 12, 40. 11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. Mat 13, 19. Mar 4, 15. 13 They on the rock are they which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. Eze 33, 31. 14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. Mat 13, 22. Mar 4, 18. Mar 10, 23. Luk 18, 23. 1Ti 6, 9. 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy Heart"

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God
is

Mar 12, 29.
