“…He [God] is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father.

— To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation (port. a Comunhão reparadora) on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. “So, my advice to my government at this juncture is that we should stop this war—at least in Europe—by going up the ladder of escalation.

First, by attacking by conventional weapons certain symbolic or logistical points on the European soil. We do not need an inch of Europe—as you might understand.

6. Regarding Russia, if I am not mistaken, Our Good Lord promises to put an end to the persecution in Russia,
      • if the Holy Father himself deigns to make, and orders the Bishops of the Catholic world to equally make, a solemn and public act of reparation and consecration of Russia to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, and
      • if His Holiness promises at the end of this persecution to approve and recommend the practice of the reparatory devotion indicated above.

And Karagonov is saying—and I think he's quite correct here—that people in the west have lost sight of the fact that we live in a nuclear world and that Russia is a nuclear armed power and you just can't do anything you want to Russia and get away with it. … the West just thinks it can slap the Russians around and get away with it.

… the basic logic here. Once somebody uses nuclear weapons—Karagonov would say once those things are used—everybody will understand just how dangerous the situation is and everybody will back off, right? Enough is enough. We don't want to be incinerated. So, the Russians just have to use a few nuclear weapons to get us in that position. That that's the logic here.

If the United States were to use nuclear weapons against Iran, Iran is not Russia. It's not China, but it is a strategic partner of Russia. And the United States by using nuclear weapons is sending a signal to Russia: “We are willing to use these weapons. We have done it. You don't want to mess with us.” Russia will have to respond. Russia will use nuclear weapons preemptively against Europe. Guaranteed. 100% guaranteed.

We nuke Iran, Russia will end up nuking Europe. There are people talking about it already. And if they do that—even though we didn't nuke each other—we've begun the process of the exchange. And once you use nuclear weapons, you can't put that genie back in the bottle. And it's going to keep going, keep going till we bang!—full nuclear exchange. We're all dead.

Conchita: The Virgin was talking about the end of the times. She also spoke to us about France. I don't know if you remember but it was being said that a world war would break out in 1962. At the time everyone was afraid including me. Then the Virgin appeared and addressing our concern said: "Don't be afraid, there will not be another world war."
